Before they went to Copenhagen, they already knew the outcome, don't you think so ? They already knew China stand, the U.S. stand, the U.K. stand etc.

There is no perfect equation ! Taking the real good decision to stop Global Warming, will create unprecedented social problems, unprecedented unemployment ! Simply, there are too many People that need care ! The Heads of States are helpless !

The French " Tax carbon " is also a joke. I understand that they want to help the poor Countries with some money, and then they continue to create Global Warming, no more than + 2 drgrees C ! The problem is that Global Warming has reached near its peak. If we continue in this direction, we will provoke an ice age again ! This has happened when the Earth was in a boiling state and creating its own Global Warming. Now, we create our own Global Warming. Part of the world will be freezing to death and part of the world will be flooded to .......death, too ! In the Tropic, even if we should build a lot of Noah's Arks, we will not survive ! This is obvious, isn't it ?
